With over 20 years in CPG, she's leveraged her zone of genius for clarity and strategy across 30+ product categories to help brands increase consumer love and reduce risk. As CEO of The Clarity Wizard, she uses intuition and proven frameworks to help brands deeply understand their ideal consumers and win their hearts. Starting her career at PepsiCo, Kathy has since worked with emerging brands like Emmy's Organics, It's Skinny Pasta, Hella Cocktail Co, and Fortune 500 brands like Lay's, Mott's, and Snapple. She’s particularly passionate about supporting startups, especially People of Color and Female founders. A Jersey girl living in Texas, she’s bilingual and proud of her Dominican Republic roots, thriving on optimism and a roll-up-your-sleeves attitude.

Passions:
Kathy's first and deepest passion is her family -- her husband and two daughters, along with her very large extended family. Beyond that, her passion is living a happy and rich life, which by definition includes laughs, beaches and 90’s merengue!
