Profile:

Monte possesses more than 30 years of experience within the beverage industry leading product development, production, marketing, selling and growth management of beverages across all categories and channels of trade. He has held sales, marketing and commercialization leadership roles with The Coca-Cola Company, Community Coffee and Döhler – a leading global natural ingredients supplier. While he has worked with some of the world’s most recognized and respected foodservice and CPG brands, his true passion is supporting entrepreneurs and early-stage CPG companies. In addition to being a member of the CPG Co-Op, Monte is a fractional COO for two early-stage beverage companies, and Founder & President of Liquid Sherpas. In his spare time, Monte mentors founders of early-stage consumer goods companies within multiple CPG incubators/accelerators.

Powers:

Monte is a Gantt chart and Excel dork, and loves transforming ideas into viable realities.  He lives to lay beatdowns on his arch nemesis: Chaos.  Cool, calm and collected under pressure, Monte tends to start way too many sentences with “what if?”. 

 Passions:

Beverages rank extremely high on Monte’s passion meter.  Learning about them.  Creating them.  Consuming them.  He really needs to get a hobby and get out more!
