Wayne has a unique blend of Fortune 100 CPG marketing experience and entrepreneurial success fusing strategic insight with hands-on execution, driving results in more than 30 consumer goods categories. He has two decades of progressive brand management experience including 12 years with The Coca-Cola Company, and more than a decade of consulting and agency leadership experience working with dozens of CPG brands across an array of marketing disciplines ranging from brand strategy and product innovation to brand identity and shopper marketing. Wayne’s passion for emerging brands fueled his entrepreneurial drive as he also created brands and co-founded companies including Just Like Home authentic homecrafted pasta sauce and Dreamfields pasta for “Healthy-Carb Living”.
